I am both in my life.
I am more comfortable leading but, because I don't want to appear bossy, I prefer to follow with influence. However, where I don't have confidence in others to lead I will always assume that role.

I'm also a leader by a small margin. I'm a trainer for my position here in the school district for the job I do. People follow my lead when I'm training them. But I don't think I could ever become a supervisor of a group of people. When I'm not training someone I would have a hard time telling someone what to do. I more or less do it myself before I do that.
