What do you think of someone that does not even ask if you are ok?

I was closing the window, I'll be ok but he can get his own dinner!!

I am horrible, I would have laughed and then said brilliant maneuver and pissed off my husband but like I said, I am horrible. People hardly ever get too hurt falling out of chairs so I might have only rolled my eyes and said "you okay?" but that totally depends on my mood or where my minds at when the chair breaking occurs....but I am glad that you are okay and not hurt.
My son broke a nice wooden folding chair the other day, leaning back on it, and I made him get the wood glue and rebuild it. It works fine now but he cant sit in it anymore, of course he is 15 and not very coordinated obviously. Actually he has been restricted from almost all of the chairs in the house between my husband and me catching him leaning in them or falling out of them. If he does not stop breaking my furniture he will be sleeping in the dog house pretty soon and that is not funny because I don't have a lot of spare chairs.

You were standing on it and fell and he didn't even ask if you were ok? That is ridiculous, but more ridiculous is that he was mad about the chair! What the hell is wrong with him? Maybe you should throw dinner at him and then get mad because there is food all over the place, that seems to be on the same level as his thinking.

That really is not on, what is his problem. Its not as he is can't get another chair. But he can't replace you, if i were you I'd have a serious word with him about it and as for making him dinner he should be making you dinner.
I can't believe that he didn't ask if you were okay that is just heartless and unforgivable

Never miund the chair I hope you are ok!
Was it a really expensive chair or something? Make sure you tell him that chairs can always be replaced and so can partners !!! lol

am sure you should know by know by now that you are less important to him. if you fall of a chair and all that bothers your patner is the broken chair, then i think the furniture in the house is value more than you.
follow your heart the answer is there.

If your partner is more concerned about the chair than you, then I think the writing is on the wall.

My first thought is what a nasty piece of work, if he genuinely is more concerned over the chair than you. But to be fair, men are pretty dumb and he probably didn't mean it.

I laughed as soon as I saw ur question - my bf is exactly the same.
When his son was 3, he was ill, & all of a sudden threw up on our rug - instead of feeling sorry for him that he couldnt even make it to the loo in time, he yelled at him for ruining the carpet!
The other week, I fell down about 4 stairs, with a loud thud, crash & bang, he shouted out "are you ok" I, (in pain) shouted back "NOOooo!" & he just carried on watching the TV!
It's just men for you I guess!

a prat i think, so what u broke the chair u can buy a chair, not a new u , u could of broke your back, although u shouldnt be drinking so early missues lol,

He shouldn't have been so angry over a stupid chair and should have had the courtesy to ask if you were okay, it was obviously an accident so for him to lose his rag like that he sounds like an utter tosser!
