Take training seminars in your field of work. I have a bunch from training programs from when I was a mechanic at a Ford dealership.

Aaah, the "I LOVE ME WALL"...
Well, it's either get involved in school sports and activities...
OR do as Kacky suggests and print your own. BUT, beware if ever you run for elected office... a picture of that wall WILL show up, and you'll be ridiculed for faking awards and certificates.

Take up a martial art - typically ten or so grades between beginner and black belt, and a certificate for each grading, so one every few months.

If you have a photo program on your computer, you could make your own. Here are some nice templates that you can fill in with your own name and some compliments like "best smile", et cetera.
