10 minutes late to what?
If you are 100% commission, your boss has little say in your hours and such. Legally that is, but from experience, I know many bosses still think they do.
Do they withhold taxes from your wages, or are you paid on a 1099 basis?
First, I would go and talk to your boss, and tell her that your contract has no such stipulation, then call your state's department of labor.
Keep in mind that she may be trying to anger you and get you to quit. People need to figure out (fast) that the economy is tanking and companies are looking for any reason to remove dead wood (their opinion) from the payroll. If you are fired for cause, attendance being a true reason, they can deny you unemployment and it helps to keep their unemployment rate lower.
Start looking for other work, sounds to me like your boss is looking for excuses and that is never a good situation to find yourself in.

If you're being paid on commission, then you are being paid based upon the amount of business you generate. So your hours aren't important. Whether you work 9 to 4 or 3 to 5 is unimportant. What matters is that you're paid for the amount of revenue/sales you generate.
So I would definitely suggest you contact Personnel or Human Resources and let them know what your boss has done.
Sometimes, HR gets involved and will overrule a boss in order to prevent a potential lawsuit. I think that will be the case here, but I cannot say for sure.

If you are 100% commission, basically you are your own boss! You should be able to come and go as you please, but as long as you are meeting your goals.
If he or she is making you show up at the office to do some of his or hers work, then they need to pay you a some money per hour to support their office.
This can cause your employer BIG problems.
Make sure you read through your agreement that you have between you and your employer.

The answer is no. Under the FLSA and state law, "commission" is wages and your employer may not dock your wages for that. (If you were paid hourly, you would not be paid for the time you wre late). Hopefully, your commission agreement specifies how it is to be calculated. If any agreement sets forth that you are to be docked for being late, take it to the local labor commissioner.

Not unless it's in your contract of employment, however unless you've worked for at least a year in your job, you don't have many rights to call on. You should look for a better job, whilst doing this one.

No. Your boss is clueless. No employer has that right, in my state it is a crime. Contact Attorney General labor and wage division to file complaint, especially if you are fired and they hold wages.

Your boss is taking the ...*iss you are paid on results and in turn your boss is looking for ways to rip you off.
Belive in yourself and quit...one company loss is another companies gain.

If you're on 100% commission, then that's pretty flimsy. In either event, it would be legal IF it is something you agreed to upon hiring.
