Recounts, lazy employees, etc. The reasons are endless. One of the reasons it is NOT is a conspiracy theory, which Ron Paul supports seem to favor in everything.

I did not log onto your link but when i saw Ron Pauls name in it i knew the answer to your question, his inability to get things done is self evident and why he is not a viable candidate for President.
