Leather does not naturally harbour smells All the times we have encountered this problem it has been in the inners of the furniture, ie. cushions etc. if you can remove these make sure you clean these or replace them.

Clean the leather with a good water based cleaner and use leather protector. If you do this over a period of time, clean the inners as much as you can and clean/febreeze any fabric areas hopefully the smell will dissipate.

Do not use febreeze on the leather, only on the fabric parts of the suite. Use a good foam cleaner on the leather and do it regularly.

There are leather aroma sprays which can be used to mask any lingering smells.

give it a good clean with a kitchen cleaner and then use a leather polish when it drys, but tobbaco smell will cling to everything in the house including the walls so you will need to clean everything

Get a proper leather cleaner. Air the room its in. Maybe even shampoo your carpets/mop the floor. Don't smoke in the same room as it again.
Worked for me (I did all of the above when I quit).

Try leaving it out in the sun for a day. The wind and sun should kill the smell.

Dry cleaners can. Probably just wiping it down with leather safe cleaner would work! Do not use anything with Amonia!

Try saddle soap.It will condition the leather as well as freshen it.I suggested it to someone on here once for their car seats, and it worked.:op

I've found that hanging smokey clothes in the bathroom while I shower can take the smell out. It may take several showers though.
