I have signed service bond of 3 years with employer. 6 months was probation period. I resign before confirmation and my resignation is accepted by employer. they issue me relieving letter also. now they are delaying the payment of my balance salary and bond amount deducted every month. It is Indian Company. How can I get my balance salary and deposit deducted ?

This is nothing but delaying tactics which such employers employ to harass the employee. You should send them a legal notice for the recovery of the balance salary & bond period deposit amount that was deducted from your salary. Failing which you should mention in this legal notice you will move the court for the recovery of the said amount with interest & damages. This the only easy way out for the recovery of this amount. No employer will like to go to the court for such petty sum of amount & spend large sum of money on lawyer, defending this court case. Same holds good for you too, but in your case you can even claim the damages for the recovery of this amount through court proceedings.
