First of all use a tampon with an applicator, muuuuch easier to insert.
Put one leg up on the toilet seat, and ease the tampon in, push on the buttom part of the applicator, that should make the two parts of the applicator go one into the other and push out the tampon inside you. Then remove the applicator and you're done :) It's easier than it sounds really!

first, RELAX!!! inserting a tampon is not so hard afterall. THe most important thing is to know where your vagina is.. its actually pretty close to the anus. Insert the applicator up to the non movable place,. make sure you slant it towards you BACK, not straight up, because the vaginal canal is not made that way. After you insert one part of the applicator, you push the other side in, making the tampon go inside. the applicator should easirly slide out. GOOD LUCK! rememer to RELAX, and dont panic. if you need more help, search google. There are plenty of websites hahaha

After a shower (when you're more relaxed), place one leg on the seat of your toilet. Lean a bit forward, and insert the tampon towards your backbone. It should sit comfortably then.
