Cloth mission patches for every flight in the U.S. space program including the over one hundred of the different Shuttle flights are available at every major NASA center like KSC, Space Center Houston in their gift shops and in their on-line stores. Unless the ones you have have are certified to have been flown into space or for some reason or other they are rare I doubt that they have more than $5.99 retail value.
