boredom is one of the principal causes of stress and illness, you should be more active: less TV ( stupid commercials included ), activate your potentials ( unless you try, you'll never be able to identify them ! ), a good book is also recommended ( it can be on anything as long as it intrigues you ), you should also be doing something about that ( assuming ) fat and lazy body of yours !

Make a lot of program and participate in education or learning. When you learn you will expose to different network and new people.
