So here's the deal....AF is due on Thursday (11/8), but of course my curiousity got the best of me and I tested this morning. At first glance, it looks like a BFN, but when you look closely under the light, there is a very faint line. I'm wondering if that line is already there and that is why I am seeing it, or did it the test really detect a small amount of pregnancy hormone in my urine.... Please, give me your opinions!

yes, it's a positive. but i suggest you to wait until on the day you miss your period or after, take HPT first thing in the morning when you wake up. i took the HPT when i was 7 days late and had a faint line.

faint lines are usually present when u are pregnant and test early, now since your AF should be arriving on Thursday you should retest again on next week Sunday, I am also waiting for AF to arrive on Friday which is the 9th, but I wouldn't be testing till the 13th which is my Birthday, I am praying I'll be a BFP

Yeah, just wait. Don't get too excited. It happened to me. There was something like a scratched line, I don't know why and thats why it was creatng something like a shadow. It was actually negative. I suppose after looking at so many pregnancy tests we start seeng things. But i hope you get BFN, let us know,xxx

Hold on till the day of expected AF and take a blood test.they are more accurate.

same thing happened to me....i tested about a week later to confirm my suspision....and yes i was preg
