From my personal perspective, people's lives aren't fulfilled until they (a) pick a direction, and (b) get some kind of validation that their direction is meaningful. Lack of validated direction can definitely create an empty feel in us. Most of us get this validation from our significant others, while others are more self-driven. A lot of us feel that the validation is only meaningful if we get it from someone who loves us. If you feel empty, check your direction, check how you're getting it validated, and figure out which of those is lacking.

Of course, I have had this feeling...everyone does at some point...this is a time when your soul sounds (your spirit Self) are screaming for you to listen...because you have missed something that would have been wiser if you didn't, or an opportunity is about to jump in your face, and you should have your awareness wide open.
Trust in these feelings...they always ring truth toward your grandest experience here. I guess you could refer to it as a spirit-ual calling...makes sense.

Sometimes I get the feeling, even though life has been good for me and my fiance. What it is, I don't know, because sometimes when I feel I made a 'connection' with people it falls flat. I am told I have a wonderful personality and character and my fiance and I are 'giving' people not looking for any payback.
Your question is excellent. It may make me wonder what I am doing wrong.

I think it is different for each person. One might want more religion, another might want more love and someone else might want a better job or lifestyle. It depends on the person.
I think most people feel that way at some point in their lives.
I do and it's simply wanting love that is right and good.

It could be either or both. It's different for everyone. I think everyone has had this feeling at one point or another. I definitely have. We're always looking for what we want or what we feel we need. It's completely normal. It's human nature.

I think we all feel this way at some time or another...it's perfectly natural. It could mean a variety of things but I think it's mostly spiritual.

I do sometimes. I don't really know what it is, hence the issue, but in general I think it just depends on the person and what they want most.
