Open 24 hours:
White Castle
Steak N' Shake
Waffle House (not really fast food)
Open late - until midnight or 1am (some open later):
Taco Bell
Wendy's
McDonald's
Like others have said, it depends on where you live. Major metropolitan areas like New York, Chicago, Los Angeles, etc. will have many more places that are open 24 hours than in smaller cities. Also, restaurants located downtown would likely be open later than those in the suburbs.

Ok for the girl that answered with the huge list of places. I can pick out three of them that are acutally open in the middle of the night. The ones that are usually open super late across the board is:
Mcdonalds
Taco Bell
IHOP
Waffle House(if your in the south)
Huddle House(once again in the south)
Sonic open till Midnight or sometimes later depending on the store.

That girl above me is B.S.ing, most of those places arent open twenty four hours a day. Here in California you have Jack in the Box, Mc Donalds, Carls Jr., Taco Bell, Del Taco, Wendys, Dennys, In and Out, and numerous taco shops.

In Indiana the Taco Bells are open till 2am and the Wendy's are open till 12 or 1 am.
