In book 7, I'm fairly certain they didn't even kiss. I think they just stared at each other and felt awkward, but they could have made out, had sex or whatever. Sure, their kids didn't show up for 19 years, but I bet you wizards have some really awesome fool proof methods of contraception!

They were talking and Ginny kissed Harry as her gift and then Ron interrupted.

"They kissed like they never had before." It was Ginny's gift to Harry and it was also a good-bye kiss before Ron rudely interupted.

They kissed. From Harry's description, it was the best kiss he ever had. Funny how his kisses are quite the sensation in the last 3 books from the series - with Cho in HP5, the famous Gryffindor Common Room in HP6 and then this one in HP7.

In each book, there's just one kiss described and yet it remains one of the highlights.

they made out, and nothing more as their kids didn't show up for 19 years.
