Can u help with Adobe Flash Player 9 causing slow mode?

Question

On a certain site that I go 2 a lot...Adobe Flash Player 9 msg appears..."A script in this movie is causing Adobe Flash Player 9 to run slowly. If it continues to run, your computer may become unresponsive.....Do you want to abort the script? Y or N"
If I select 'Y' I cannot continue on the site where I want to be. If I select 'N' the msg repeatedly appears and causes slow slow mode....gggrrrrrrr...help plz :-)

Maybe try to right click on the flash animation and change the quality settings to a lower level. There are some other settings you can try too.
