i was terminated from a job after 20 years due to calloffs because of personel problems at home. i was denied unemployment and did not fight it because i didn't think i could win but i still have no job after 8 months and have been looking and applying for all jobs in my field and some out of my field and still nothing i am not sure if i can reapply for unemploymemt

There's nothing to prevent you from reapplying for unemployment. Sometimes they do initially deny you pending updated information.

So I would suggest reapplying and see what happens. This time around, give more details regarding the reason for your termination.

If you get it, wonderful! And if not, then no harm done. In other words, it can't hurt to apply and see what happens.

You are probably way past the deadline to appeal the denial, so no you can't. If you reapply you will just be denied again.
