I dont quite get what you mean by this but i think ur asking what stuff is valuable but can be accsesed by a f2p (free to play) account.
There is one simple way of getting a large sum of money by only taking 15 mins of your time. Go to barbarian village. There is a cave entrance at the center of the village. Climb under and go though the gates and answer all the questions until you get into the middle. Open the chest and you will get 2000 coins. It is advised that you go back up to the surface and deposite your money at the bank since it would be a shame to lose it after all that hard work.
Go back to the cave after youve stored the stuff in the bank. It is highly reccomended to bring food and armour and make sure you have PLENTY of enregy to run. The next level downwards has many creatures that will attack you on sight. Again, go to the center and you will get the reward. After youve gotten to the third level's chamber, get the rewards and head back up to the surface cause the forth level is suicide. Congradulations you now have 10k (10000) gp.
If you are talking about how to make money then you can start training your woodcutting level. It can easily be done by cutting oaks. Get it to 65 and chop yews. Sell yew logs for 300 ea. 1k yews are 300k!!!!!!!!!!!

2 of the previous answers were insane. You cannot meat Zammarok or kill anything other than another player to get a phat. Phats were a holiday drop event years ago & modern holiday rewards are untradable.

As for the most valuable freeworld items. There's the treasure trail items & the old holiday drop items. For either you'll have to get them from another player.
