If it is room names you need, all you need is imagination. Anything can be designed into a room for a house, as long as the owners have the money build it, we architects can design it. So for me to write alist of room names as an answer would be inapropriate. On the other hand if you mean by parts how is it made, well thats different.

Main structure which are all the bearing walls and reinforcing members.
The floor trusses and roof trusses (depending of 1 or 2 stories)
All the connecting plates and fasteners which can vary from nails to specialized bolts and anchors.
