Installed new Ducane gas fired furnace with 95 % efficietsy and have the thermostat open right to the max.It seems like the air coming up is not real warm.I am worried that when the weather goes down to 30 below zero it will not keep our house warm enough. Our house is 36 X 24 ft. with full basement also.I need answers real bad.

76k btu sounds like an awful lot for your size house.
I have a two story colonial with about 3k sq ft and I only have a 62k btu 92% carrier high efficency two stage gas heater and it does an excellent job.
I live in the Northeast so it gets pretty cold.
The air is not supposed to be hot, just warm.
Did they replace the thermostat also?

Ducane makes a great gas grill wasn't aware they made house heaters.
