Last time I had the misfortune to visit a Leicester hospital, it was filthy with 20 visitors to a patient, staff had totally lost control of the place and were seriously overworked and underpaid. The guy I had gone to visit was dead in 2 days. The doctors were unsure whether to give a blood thinning agent for a blood clot or to do something about the leak in a brain artery. He died while they were deliberating. I would seriously think about an alternative hospital, if only to find somewhere a little cleaner.
