Have you ever had the wind knocked out of you?

Yes, its one of the worst feelings ever, I was tackeled very hard, my lungs were completely w/o any air, it lasted so long I thought I was going to die .

yes after i hit an embankment at 55mph on my motorcycle, I was flying though the air with the bike behind me and I hit the ground after being around 7 ft in the air. I bounced face down and oooofff, went the air out of me I did 4 end over end flips through the air and landed on my back small ooff this time. i started rolling like a log that's where my leg tried to turn 180 degrees with my foot behind me and almost did. I then rolled to a stop and my motorcycle hit me in the head, my brother was behind me and watched the whole thing, I forget parts of it. I wouldn't recommend that as an everyday kinda thing, but once was a doozy.

Nope, but my ex-husband and I were horsing around one day (soon after we got married) and I knocked the wind out of him--which is NOT easy to do! It was an accident and he knew/knows it. We both laughed about it then and still laugh about it now.

i kept trying to yell for help but i couldnt get the words out. i ended up having a panic attack lol.

Yea, my brothers friend dropped me on my back, that same friend also kicked me in the stomach mid run. It sucked.
