WHats this movie called?

Question

its about two friends that were best friends
since they were little kids.they grew up together in the same neighborhood
and wen 1 had problems the other would help him out. they talked about
anything and would help each other through anything. wen they gor to
high scholl things got different though.1 was popular and the other was
a "normy" but they were still friends even other ppul didnt like it.
they think everythings gonna b ok and they can get through anything
until they realize they like the same girl but she only likes one of them
so they argue and play tricks on one another all through high school.
one day one of the friends overhears the girl saying she is only
pretending to like his friend just to be popular just like him and just playing
with the others feelings so he remembers everything he and his friend
has been through and tells his friend wat he knows but his friend
thinks hes trying to get the girl so he gets into a rage and really hurts
him.wen he gets back home he fins the girl on the couch with another of
his popular "friends" so he leaves her and goes back to his friend but
the doctors say its 2 l8 unless he gives him sumthing (i 4got what).
so he does but he loses too much blood and he dies in the exact same
room and minute as his friend and they go to heaven laughing and holding
as if they were little kids again...
