Ra'Kayla Ra'Quell is indeed a very unique name! However the name "Kayla" is way too over-used these days!
In due time, friends and family will reduce lil RaKayla's name to simply "KAYLA"
So might a suggest a few more names you may like:

Raziya Raniece
Reagan Nicolle
Rhianna Allysse
Rhiane Tatianna
Roniya Ra'Quell
Rashana Monet

I personally like Roniya (Ra-Ny-Ah-)
Roniya Aerionne
Roniya Grace
Roniya Ra'Quell

Hope this helps!

I'm afraid that's a bit overwhelming and not in a good way. There's way too much going on with the double hyphenated ra's and capitalized letters in the middle of the names. Ra´Kayla and Ra'Quell are much too similar as names in my opinion also. Major spelling trouble ahead as well. Raquel in my opinion is a beautiful name if you spell it like it's usually done and not overused if you're not of Spanish origin. You could go for Raquelle as well if you want a little more something. As for Ra'Kayla, I don't think that's a very pretty name to be honest. Kayla is okay, but very popular these days. I understand you want the name to begin with an R to go with Roderick, but Ra'Kayla isn't your best bet. Since you seem to like original names I'll suggest these:

Ramona
Ravenna
Rachelle
Rhianna
Roxane
Rosabel

These are just a few examples of the variety of names available I'm sure you can find lots that might appeal to you more. Even if your hubby wants all your kids' names to start with an R it doesn't mean you have to go all the way and make the middle names start with one as well. I;) You could go for RA like in Roderick Anthony [great name by the way!] as well. E.g. Rachelle Aletha, Raquel Allegra etc. Just examples, not necessarily the best combos out there. Kayla Raquel I think would be a lovely name imo also, if you can let go of the R rule. LOL Anyways, good luck in your name hunt!

To be a Junior your son must have the exact name of this father I like his name. It has to be exactually the SAME as the dad's name in order to be a jr. So you can't rearrange the name

NO NO I don't like your choice of name for a girl ...
Gosh unless you want her to be teased from day one.

How about the name for a girl is Raylah Kay
Rodah Rochelle
or
Raqeale Kayla
Raylie Antoniate
Raylen Kay

Sorry - I am not at all a fan of made up spellings like Ra' anything... Raquelle would be ok but Ra'Quell, sorry no!

Why do you let your husband make the decisions about which letter the babies names are to start with? And I would never agree to a Junior... but I guess everyone's different.

Girl can I be brutally honest? Thanx....Ra'kayla Ra'quell is way way too much. Then the apostrophies are symbolic and classic of a mother going above and beyond trying to be unique. I like Rakayla like that and Raquel like that. It is unfortunate that your attempt is stereotyped as "ghetto" with the outrageous spellings etc....However I love Roderick it's not to much it's strong and it means something special. I believe you can be unique without going over board. My Fiance' and I also want our boy to be a junior and all of our children will share names beginning with J in light of his name. I hope I haven't offended you.....God Bless

It's tough to fight a fella who wants a junior! ;)

Ra'Kayla is just a little awkward. And the double - Ra'Kayla Ra'Quell - is, honestly, bizarre.

Have you considered:

Raleigh
Ravenna
Renata
Reina (means queen)
Ruby

IMHO, they're all better alternatives than just taking an R- onto another name.

Or, hey, you could put your foot down on the all R- names. There's nothing wrong with it, but it makes the already tough job of picking a name *much* tougher.

Good luck!

Boys name fine if you like the idea I suppose (i'm not fond of jr's myself)

The girls name is way way over the top. Too many ra'ra's happening there. Just pick one 'r' first name and then use your name as the middle name or something.

Hate the girl name...the apostrophe's serve no purpose but to tick people off.

How about Raquelle Angela (or some other A name....

I like plain Raquel / Racquelle.
Also try: Rochelle, Richelle, Roxie, Rahni, Rani.
