Yep. We all suffer at either the hands of others or ourselves. Sometimes the pain is so strong it appears there is no way out or no happiness in the future. Sometimes people feel lost and don't know which way to turn.
I'm an optimist but only got there by going through pain and rejection. I've been divorced and had cancer and other things. Each one was a struggle but I also learned that there is always light at the end of every tunnel. And best of all we usually learn something positive about ourselves through negative experiences. Time heals all wounds.

yes, but they can't seem to master it. it takes awhile to not worry about things. i'm always saying if whatever emotion you're going through won't change anything, why go through it?
life's a b*tch and then you die.
