why does fast food taste like crap after it cools down? Even if you warm it up it doesnt taste good from the time you first bought it.

Ive worked at subway(sort of fast foody) for a bit over a month now, and the only answer i can think of is that, when the products are still in the fast food place, they all have special places that are built to keep the food presentable until its removed, it would cost more money to keep the food lasting longer and thats not what fast food is about ;)

Because its meant to be eaten fast. I don't really eat fast food because it is usually unhealthy, but try getting fresh take out...like (veggie) sushi. Or order your sandwiches/burgers dry and add the condiments on when you're ready to eat them. That will keep a little bit longer.

I think it is the high fat content in the food. The food isn't terrific quality, like fresh made foods, so it breaks down and becomes hard like plastic.

Its from the shortening or grease they use to prepare dinner the foodstuff. Subway and Quiznos, is pre-arranged chilly cuts , salad variety fixings,and baked products.climate you stop or no longer is up you .

I find that an Arby's RB sandy is fine even few hours later at 72ºF.
