I was reading something about this in Wikipedia (http://es.wikipedia.org/wiki/Invasi%C3%B3n_de_Iraq_de_2003)

On 2009 we will know but what do you think about this?

(I'm Sorry about my English)

Everybody knows it is an illegal invasion, Kofi Annan said that, obviously will be indicted by the international congress not the american congress.

Legal action at this point would be nearly pointless. Nothing done to him will be worse than the damage to the reputation of all Republicans from the war in Iraq.
As for if he should have been, or should be, punished I think he should. He lied to the country about the reasons for starting this war. Bill Clinton lied about a bj and the Republican congress impeached him, Bush lied about a war that has costs thousands of lives and the Republican congress did nothing.

I hope not. It definately wasnt illegal. I dont know what ur talking about. You must be communist sympathiser or something...He did Iraq and the world a favour by ridding them of an evil dictator who was a threat to world order. Why is this a crime? If no-one got rid of the Weapons of Mass Destruction, then we'd all be blown to bits!! If anything George W Bush ought to be admitted into the Presidential Hall of Fame...

Not in US courts. There may be some attempt in international courts. There is currently some talk of indicting Cheney.
Carl Rove was the true matermind behind the Iraq invasion. He took his billions and got out of the White House.

I hope so.

Congress did not declare war....they only voted on another resolution.

The U.N. did not approve a 'war' either....and either way I do not answer to the U.N.....

We the People are against this war, over 70 percent of Americans.....

I support the troops, and do not hold THEM accountable for Bush's lies.

God bless the military, and I pray that they come home safe NOW.

No. It was not illegal. Therefore he wont be indicted. There are some Democrats that may try it but it will be a stunt and nothing more.

nope he didnt really do anything illegal congress supported him in war so he technically broke no laws. secondly its next to impossible to prove that he lied since he had the nsa and cia screaming that iraq had chemical weapons and were developing nuclear weapons.
