ive written one essay so far (the describe ur world etc and how it shaped ur hopes and aspirations or sumtin like that) ive recieved nothing but good comments from all teh english teachers that have read it for me, except teh occasional comma, 1 sentence where i couldve used better wording, and a place where i used a colon instead of a semicolon...also a couple of teh teachers asked if there was any way to shorten my intro and if not it was still fine, so i fix that up and ill work on second essay and we'll see how that turns out

No need to panic, because there is always some way of doing this, whether it is transferring once you have 60 units of college credit or going to a different college. Your problem is your GPA, which is probably going to hinder you from getting into these colleges, especially since your major is one in which many of the applicants tend to have very high GPAs (you would do better if you were in dance or something like that!). If you really want to go to a UC, you might consider looking at some of the ones which are not as competitive, such as Riverside or Merced. Again, if you do well, you may be able to transfer to another campus later on.
