We are not the right people to ask about that.

Yahoo! Questions is designed to ask people from around the world their "opinions" or what they may know on various topics. We will usually be able to answer general knowledge questions, but cannot confirm someone's private affairs such as a reservation at some seminar.

You should contact the people who you sent the reservation to. If you provide more information about the seminar, where it is supposed to be held, and when it is happening, perhaps someone can help you.

Just be sure to NOT GIVE OUT private information such as your reservation number, phone number, credit card info, and such. It is never a good idea to give private info in a public forum such as this one.

i think you have to call the agency first and get a reservation. then, they will text you and tell you the possible schedules of your PDOS. this is the time you decide when you will have your PDOS. you will text them back with the necessary information. then you will receive a text message, confirming your schedule of PDOS. you will present this text message when you attend the orientation.
