Disappointing is an undestatement. whether, i've got faith that he could proceed to exist for a minimum of a few greater seasons. Weis has the toughest pastime of any college soccer coach. In maximum faculties, the top soccer coach can get a baby with the brains of a house plant into the college on the condition that he's in a position to play shielding handle. Weis, on the different hand, actual needs to tension approximately academic standards. whether, in view that he has purely netted the right recruiting classification in the rustic in accordance to the two competitors and Scout, if I have been in Weis' shoes, i'd proceed to exist with a view to confirm how this year's recruiting classification pans out.

Charlie (Don't call me Jabba the Hut) Weiss will be on the hot seat next season. His only hope is to go at least 10-2, with a huge margin of victory over USC, and a BSC bowl victory.
Not an easy pair of tasks since Notre Dame hasn't won a bowl game since the current crop of seniors were in about 2nd grade, and Charlie isn't exactly striking fear into USC these days.
Yes! Charlie has Returned the Irish to Glory!!! , and Jimmy is on his way to delivering those 4 national championships!

The problem with ND is that their drafting class is weak. They need to find some better scouts. They have A LOT of problems with the team. The thing is that ND thought the Weis was the mastermind behind Brady. He did help Brady become what he is, but that doesn't mean he can do that with just anybody. That's what ND expected. They thought if they gave him any run of mill QB, he would turn them into Tom Brady. Look at the QB's on that roster. Horrible. Weis can't fix guys that can't play to start with.

He will given a pass this season but next season he will have to win at least 10 games or he will be fired. ND has to much money tied up in what they have and will pay him to let him go this season. Also since ND fans are spoiled and think everyone loves them anything less than a 10-2 mark is considered a bad season.

a lost to navy? what is bad about that. navy is a great team. they played harder so they won, its not the coach fault. if a team lost a game u blame the coach? its the players fault they learned what they have to do its there job to play the plan they came up with. stupid question. and besides charile is a great coach,. he had to pretty good years and his 3rd isnt as great as the last 2 dopnt mean his days r done.. be real...

Well, two things could happen...He could lose out and that would include a loss to lowly Duke(which could be possible with this loss to Navy now), and be fired after this season...But more than likely, he will get one more year to turn it around...But he must get to a bowl and win it next year or he's gone...
