I dont know what to do because I don't have the money to pay either bill and both had already been disconnected before I a month or so before I moved out. What should I do???

in most cases you will not be able to get service for those items in your new place unless u pay them, or at least make a payment plan. Just because you don't have enough to pay them off does not justify not paying

Earn some money these are minor bills and you have probably already had a major hit to your credit score but you need to start to earn money to pay your bills. Maybe you can sell something but you will need to work two jobs or have more roommates until you can get on your feet unless you have parents who will bail you out of your problems.
