A friend of mine just named her son Caden. I am sure it could go either way, for a girl or boy depending on the spelling, but I think that traditionally it is a boy's name.

Caden is a very popular name. I have recently seen this named used more for girls, in the past I only saw it used in the male form.
There are many ways to spell Caden
Example:
Kayden
Kaidin
Kaden
Caidyn
Caeden
CADEN
Gender: Masculine
Usage: English
Pronounced: KAYD-un
Possibly from the Gaelic surname Mac Cadáin, which means "son of Cadán". The name Cadán may be related to CATHÁN.
Caden Nicole
Caden Ashleigh
Caden LeeAnne
Caden Cheyenne
Caden Rose
Caden Nichelle
Caden Grace
Caden Raechel
Caden Jade
Willow is a VERY unique name! I LOVE it! Although I haven't seen it used much, I think this is a "up and coming" name!
WILLOW
Gender: Feminine
Usage: English
Pronounced: WIL-o
Means simply "willow" from the name of the tree, which is ultimately derived from Old English welig.
Willow Dawn
Willow Skye
Willow Breeonna
Willow Rose
Willow Sage
Willow Jade
Cassidy is a very pretty name as well and the "Girliest" name of the three. Although it is not an old name it does have a classic ring to it.
CASSIDY
Gender: Feminine & Masculine
Usage: English
Pronounced: KAS-i-dee
From an Irish surname which was derived from Ó Caiside meaning "descendent of Caiside". The given name Caiside means "curly haired", from Gaelic cas.
Cassidy Elizabeth
Cassidy Grace
Cassidy Noelle
Cassidy Maria
Well I hope this helps! Many Blessings!

It's a really popular name right now. There are so many ways of spelling this name, but as a teacher, names like this should be spelled as normal as possible or the child will have to live with always correcting people when they go to write it. I've only ever heard of it for a boy though.
Cassidy Ann
Cassidy Jade or Jayne
Willow Elisa (?)
Caden Brianne
Caden Danielle

I've heard of Caden on here, but never knew one and i personally think it sounds better for a boy. I guess it could be a girl's name too, though, maybe spelled Cadyn, but to balance out the masculine sound, i'd give it a really feminine middle name, like Cadyn Rose.
The other 2 names would actually sound cute together...either Willow Cassidy or Cassidy Willow.
I like Willow Cassidy

Caden - along with Aiden/Jayden/Brayden and Haiden, with variant spellings galore - is among the most popular names for baby boys right now. Starbabies wear the name - Kevin Costner has a Caiden - as well as kids on a playground near you.
Cadence might be a more feminine choice.
Willow and Cassidy are nice.
I think I'd stick with a more traditionally feminine middle name. Either a stalwart like Elizabeth/Elisabeth or something a little more unusual.
Willow Francesca
Cadence Evangeline
Cassidy Elisabeth
Enjoy your granddaughter!

I have heard of Caden, Cayden and Kayden but to be honest I've only heard it used as a boy's name. I'm in the UK though so not sure if its different in America. Its a made up name as far as I'm aware.
The only name I like out of those is Willow.

Caden is a cool name. I have two friends who named their children Caden.
I think some of the best middle names I have heard with this name are: Anne, Marie, or Jade.
I wish you the best of luck finding the combination that works for your family.

I love Willow it's different. But don't forget it is your decision not your daughter's. When I was having number 4 and 5 my lot were full of names some I liked and others I wasn't crazy on but my hubby and I decided in the end. I got to admit she came up with some nice names. Try using family members names as a middle name especially ones who have passed on as it is a nice tribute.
