I'm sick of waiting like 12 hours for nailpolish to completely harden and dry.

OPI & Essie are excellent long wearing polishes.

The key is to apply very thin layers & allow each layer to set for 5 minutes before applying the next one.

Quick dry polishes aren't as glossy & chip more easily.

You are probably either using a very cheap polish, or applying it way too thick.Stick to using good quality polishes, apply them in thin coats. Also, use a Fast Dry Topcoat, not clear nail polish. That will help to greatly speed up the drying process, protect your polish, and give your nails an high ghloss shine too.
