I wish I could say the sex, but as some aren't all that skilled at it, I'll have to say anticipation, but reserve a both answer for the truly gifted.

Definitely sex. Whats the point of anticipating when you could be participating?
Would you rather look at pictures of delicious food or be eating them?

LOL.. that reminds me of a joke I heard a LONG time ago...
This college graduate student is doing a thesis on sex. He goes around to the different undergrad classes to survey each class with his questions.
He goes into this Sociology class, and starts asking his questions to the class. "Please raise your hands if you fit into these categories... okay, How many of you have sex once or more times a day?" Several people raise their hands, and he counts and records the number.
"How many have sex once a week?" Looks like most of the students raise their hands for this one... he counts and records. He notices one guy at the back of the room rocking eagerly in his chair, but he doesn't have his hand raised, so he goes on.
"How many have sex once a month?" A few students raise... he records. The man in the back looks even more anxious, but still hasn't raised his hand.
"How many have sex once in a 6 month period?" Only a few raise their hands, but he notices that guy getting even more antsy in his seat, but he still had not raised his hand.
"Okay, how many have sex only once a YEAR?" FINALLY, the guy practically JUMPS out of his chair, raising his hand vigorously, eagerly smiling and repeating, "TONIGHT!!! TONIGHT!!!!"
So, I guess it could be either one, depending upon the circumstances of the sex and anticipation!
Everyone is entitled to my opinion.

Anticipation of it. Then again the deed is pretty good too. (sometimes the idea is better then it really is tho)
