all i can remember about the movie was
it may start out as a period piece a family is traveling across the sea in a boat the little girl falls over board and drowns in present day a woman begins dreaming about a past life im not sure who is in it it ends with the woman dieing and a huge turtle taking the soul of the person back out to sea..
its been bugging me for a while now someone please help!

When you mentioned the huge turtle, it made me think of a movie titled "The Bermuda Depths", but the rest of it doesn't sound like that film. In that movie, the turtle was the result of a scientific experiment. The end scene shows this enormous creature swimming into the depths, a drowned man tangled in a line used in an attempted capture. Nope! Doesn't sound at all like your film, does it?
I'll see what I can find about your movie. I can't promise to solve your mystery because I'm certain I haven't seen this one.
