i have a plant that has a peach color in the middle of it?

it has long green leaves with a peach color center does anyone know what it might be

It sounds as though it could be a bromeliad; if the leaves form a sort of cup at the base, then that's definitely a bromeliad. Without pictures, unfortunately, I can't really tell you a lot more.
