Baby and Diaper bag.
Okay Doll and Diaper bag.
Nobody will check the diaper bag if they think you have a baby and babies get in free.
It it is a doll head on a bottle of soda you have drinks.
Wrap the food in diapers and blankets .
Bring empty baby bottles for glasses.
Even the baby wipes have a purpose to conceal the food smell with the smell of baby powder.
Just be sure to sit in the front of the theater to avoid being looked at too closely....

As a former "player", what our company called us theatre employees, I found that most people can get away with bringing in food if they aren't stupid about it. As long as it isn't in your hand or in a shopping back from a food company, we won't bother you. Remember these are minimum wage employees, they really don't care unless forced to do so. If it's in a purse or a knapsack, you should be fine. I've even managed to sneak in whole pies, a roast chicken, and once even a 3 course meal from a pasta place.
If you do get caught, be just give the employees your food and say sorry, you'll get it back at the end of the show and the employees probably don't want to take it from you anyway.

Get a girlfriend...Women have this accessory referred to as "the movie purse"....It is plastic lined to avoid spills, comes with extra ziploc bags for storage, crinkle, noise proof package filters and an extra smell resistant second lining as well as a mini flashlight and a letter from their attorney stating that anyone wishing to search "the movie purse" must have a warrant.

Watch Pulp Sport.
its a NZ programme and one of the segments is them trying to sneak some Tui (beer) into Eden park.
Search 'pulp sport tui sneak' on Youtube. its halirious.
so far theyve used mobile phones, prams, hampers, fake beer guts, and a guy with a giant sign sayin 'Tui Sneak' above his head.
I'm sure you can translate the same ideas into food sneaking

Put it in a purse (or a friend's purse). My purse is quite large, so I can stuff lots in. Usually, I just bring a water, but sometimes I bring fruit, too (stuff they don't sell at the concession stand). But I always buy the popcorn!

If you are female , or with one, just carry a large purse. I always do that. Husband's cargo jeans worked when I forgot my purse, but the candy melted. LOL

sweater/jacket sleeves..
sneaks in the icecream, starbucks, jamba juice, food, and alcohol. (hmm, i should try all of them at once next time)

I have just walked in with stuff they dont sell at the theater, if they dont sell it they cant be mad if you bring it... like starbucks!
