The very basis of racism and discrimination is the fact that we expect that people of certain races will act in a certain way.

When white Americans look at blacks we have a pre-conceived notion of how they will act, based on past experience.

Racism is a two way street. It is a situation where the majority rejects a minority. If the minority expects to be accepted then they need to give up some of the culture of separation.

It is only when we meet black Americans who do not fit that mold that we can expand our beliefs.

Yes. It would come down to not only eye color but there would still be color of skin. Someone would say I'm better because I'm paler then you are or I'm tanner then you are. Team that with o my eyes are prettier or lighter or god knows what else and it would still go on. The only way it will end is when or mentality changes not our skin colors.

Yes, I do. We'd still discriminate on cultural practices and accents and such. And there is an experiment that happened about 50 years ago in Kansas, where a third grade teacher did work with discrimination and eye color... fascinating stuff. It showed that kids became very discriminatory about that.

Racism cannot be rid off that easily. lt's the negative side of human nature to compare and to feel superior than others. Yup, kingdom animalia.

Probably. People will find something to criticize. If not on skin color then maybe language or customs.

We'd all be of the same race then, wouldn't we? Who'd care if eye color is different? We don't exactly say, "Hey, I'm not going to be friends with people with green eyes!" I hope your logistic ability improves with age.

Yes. Everyone needs a place to put their anger, and we want a justifiable place to put it. Hating a racist is perfect. Plus, humans are naturally like that.
