age is not quite the specification that we are trying to define your body with. how about your body type, are you short, tall, medium height. are you a narrow individual, or do you have broad shoulders. let me give you an example. i am roughly 6 foot tall, a narrow individual, 33 inch waist, weighing roughly 145 lbs. Ive got a metabolism that would surprise you. don't worry about it until your doctor tells you that you have a problem. obesity is sometimes obvious, and often ignored, but never the less...... you are just too young to be concerned about that at this point. you still have time to grow up and put to accommodate some of the weight.
i heard a number years ago for a rough calculation, on a weight to height figure. for every inch tall you are you should weigh roughly 3 pounds. so as i mentioned before, at 68.5 inches tall, i should weigh about 204 BUT I DONT. this was a rough figure. but only an example.

weight doesn't depend on your age
it depends on your height

BMI (body mass index) determine what you are
underweight, overweight, obese, or normal weight
just search for BMI calculators on the net
