I am having really a hard time thinking whether its worth leaving my husband for someone whos really alot better in a sense that this someone seems to be the guy I could really see my self spending the rest of my life with.. Since I have kids.. I want advice whether I should go for someone that can makes me happier or I'll just stick to my husband because of my kids?

Will he really make you happier? No, happiness comes from the self. Besides, don't you think that if you leave your husband for another man, that other man is going to have serious trust issues considering you left the man you promised to spend the rest of your life with once already?
Leave your husband if you must, but don't leave him to jump into another relationship with some guy you're cheating with.

You need to completely separate those two questions. First figure out if you are happy with your husband without this guy in the picture. If you decide to leave then take a while to mourn the marriage and get good with yourself again. Because even if you are the one ending the marriage there tends to be a lot of pain. Then take things slowly with this other guy so you can see how you really feel about him without the marriage question looming over your head. That way you are not leaping from one fire into another.

Well the vows were for better or worse.
But... it depends on the circumstances.
If there's no abuse, terrible neglect, or infidelity, I would say make every effort to make your kids' Dad (your husband) a Romeo in your own mind. Try to take a break about thoughts about the other man. The grass is seldom greener. You have a lot invested in your current relationship. And there's more than you to think about, there's the kids.

Staying with your husband for the kids is not going to make anyone happy. The kids know more than you think they do. They would not want you to be miserable. Life is too short to be unhappy. Everyone would probably be better off including your husband.

Most likely human being are the same.Remember you loved his guy ore than yuo love this new catch. Life becomes boring with time and you think that the other side of the grass is greener.
