Magnetic field strength is directly proportional to the number of coils in the wire. When the number of coils increases, the magnetic field strength increases. Therefore when the number of coils decreases the magnetic strength also decreases.

Strength of wire? Did you mean "length of wire"? I'm fairly sure an electromagnetism question wouldn't be asking about the strength of a wire.
