The USA was not established as a "Christian Nation." Just because they are the majority it was not meant to be that. Same with the world just because the Chinese population is larger and the USA is a relative minority it doesn't mean its a Chinese world.

Some of both.

The two top Religions in the World are: Christian 1.8 Billion
Muslims 1.2 Billion.

I would say of the US Christianity is the majority but welcomes all and is indeed a melting pot.

It's hardly a melting pot! In a melting pot different metals melt and mix together to form an alloy. It's more like a stew pot where we have beef, potatoes, carrots, and here and there a piece of onion.

We are a nation constitutionally committed to freedom of religion. No establishment of an 'official' government religion, no preferences based on religion, etc.etc. A majority of us happen to be Christian but that doesn't entitle them to special privileges.

Most Americans are Christian, but there are also Jews, Muslims, Hindus, Buddhists and other religions. The country was founded on the idea of freedom of religion and separation of church and state.

properly, now wait a minute... I DO occassionally persecute the folk you have in innovations... I persecute people who restoration elections and perpetuate the parable that Christianity is regulation... I persecute people who fail to look after the least between us because of the fact of their egos... I persecute people who do no longer equate conflict with homicide... I persecute people who think of they might weigh the morale and righteousness of others... I persecute people who might deny housing to hurricane sufferers because of the fact they did no longer very own housing previous... those everybody isn't Christ-followers in any respect... and that i think of they deserve a splash persecution each and every now and returned... and that i think of that Christians shouldn't supply lots shelter and help to those betrayers of their faith. Jesus become a liberal - why are not you?

Certain peoples separate like oil in water into their own little groups bringing their baggage with them from other countries.

Not exactly a melting pot.
