it kicked me off and took forever to let me back on

Not tonight. Last night it was really going crazy. Giving 12 points out for every move for everything. Once I went for a glass of water and it took 40 points away for no reason.
What I realized, it actually wasn't adding those points.

When isnt it giving trouble? It always is. It worked better 5 years ago. Everytime they improve it it gets worse. Voice used to work and hasnt worked for a couple years now. I cant even close it using the x
Its a piece of crap.

For the past couple of months, it signs on and off by itself. Messages get stuck when I'm trying to talk to somebody.

what do you mean "trouble"? Technically, no.... With my husband, yes...( I was chatting..he didn't like that too much)

Sometimes it opens and sometimes it won't. I don't know what's wrong with it.
