The first one, it looks like here is shiny stuff on the top, maybe sequins. It would be easier to match with shoes and accessories.

i would probably just buy the cheaper one.
it isn't practical for the colder weather we're about to be getting. and isn't going to be in style for very long. so you don't want to waste a lot of money on it.
if they're the same price, then buy which ever you think is constructed better.

I like the detailing of the first one a little bit better. It has just the right amount of glimmer and the pattern detailing is more interesting.

i like A better even tough they look alike A has a curvier wave to it and not as straight as the other. but cheaper is better

i like the second one. im not sure but the first one looks like it curls under at the bottom. iv seen dresses that do this and they are very unattractive
