Not possible for a creature as large as a human. There is a critical mass-to-muscle-efficiency ratio for flight capability. Above it, a given mass of muscle cannot generate enough lift to raise the creature off the ground.
You'll notice that small animals like flies and bees have wing that are relatively small compared to their bodies. Larger animals like birds of prey have wings that are large compared to their bodies. The reason for this is that lift goes as the square of the wing size, while gravitational force goes as the CUBE of body size. The wings required to lift a 150-lb human would be so large that their weight would necessitate more surface area, which means bigger wings, which means more weight, etc.
Small animals are under this threshold, while humans are most definitely above it.

Technically, no. Even with manipulating genetics.
The reason is that wings and arms are mutually exclusive, you cannot have both. You would also need hollow bones to make a human light enough to fly, so that would mean you coudn't produce red blood cells in your bone marrow anymore.
The list actually continues. The simple fact is that this sort of genetic manipulation is quite impossible. First, given the limitations, we would have to be able to figure out how to build the perfect flying human, for every problem you encounter and fix another problem will show up. Then there is the actual DNA. Even if you got the DNA all right, different parts of genes code for completely different proteins and these codes tend to overlap. causing other problems. Then you cannot control where or when these genes will produce themselves.
And humans could never mate with birds. The genetics are simply too different. Just think of the brain. Bird Brains are pure telecephalon. Human brains are cortex.

In the future maybe there is a possibility to find a way to do that. Science and technologies are making some inventions which were impossible to achieve in the past.
However, the term "creating flying humans" sounds like a big contradiction to the Creator. Making it a possibility needs to overcome lots of issues. Not to forget the MORAL ISSUES. That would be the greatest aspect to ponder.
Let say, there is a way to do such thing, another issue on that aspect would be on how will those "winged humans" be treated in human society. Shall they be adored for being winged similar to angels? Will they receive equal treatment every human should have? That would be a big change on the anatomy and physiology of humans....and many things shall change.
Just running my wild imagination, supposing we are on the time when flying human beings exist, will anyone care to be one of them? That would tremendously cut the transportation expenses but definitely I would decline to be one of those.

For human beings to fly we would have to be structured very differently. Our skeletal structure is designed for walking, not flight. Even our chin bone would have to be done away with. Pictures of angels with wings are just fanciful creations of the human mind, in the same way that flying horses are.

No ... they don't seem. technological know-how [genuine, actual, technological know-how] serves to added, coach God and to glorify Him. convinced; technological know-how can create a existence from , outside the womb. for my area, technological know-how will quicker or later be able to construct a man or woman. All technological know-how will be doing is making use of the organic guidelines that God set in action, from the starting up. Rule # a million of the Bio-sciences is: existence has to come back from existence. because technological know-how [Scientists stay beings], they could manage organisms to grant new existence.

yeah may be.....it is possible when large aeroplane wings like is attached to the arms of humans, but only the mecanical wing is possible for a human to fly but it is impossible to fly like an angels or birbs we just have to imagine about it ...........and we dont have our own natural wings

They may be able to do it someday, but do you really think we ought to change what God created? He was the ultimate creator.
