Can you make it shorter is the question. You are saying something that could be explained with much more brevity using as many words as you possibly can. It verges on talking down to the person you are addressing and you are wasting there potentially valuable time by being so wordy, kind of like what I am doing now with you. I would say " Sir, would you please give this message from ATD Tours & Travel to Mr. Andrews?" and then thank them regardless of their response.

Remember 90% of communication is non-verbal. So while there isn't any way to make that sentance more polite, if it is used in a different context or said with a certain tone of voice in might be incredibly rude. Although honestly I can't see how someone could say you are being impolite by saying that. Maybe snooty , arrogant or sarcastic depending on the situation but defiantly not rude.
