We couldn't give away our Adrian Peterson if we gave money to take with him.

I'm a big Oklahoma fan and a big Bears fan. So when I saw an ex Sooner do that to my Bears I wanted to punch something.

Adrian Peterson is going to be the best running back ever. His running style is so illusive unlike Walter Payton who was just a horse. He cuts on a dime, he reads blocks like a map, and he is fast. He has the most rushing yards in a game his rookie year. If he can stay healthy and drink his milk, he will break all the rushing records. Collect his rookie cards now....

I think probably the Oklahoma Sooners wish their team still had Adrian Peterson. with him Colorado would never have beaten the Sooners. They would have gone undefeated and won the National Championship and he would have won the Heisman.

Although I like KJ for the Lions I think if we took Peterson instead of Calvin Johnson we would be number one in the NFC right now.

I think the Lions would have benifited from him the most. Number 1 Pass and run to make up for a a lacking secondary defense.

The simple answer to this question is EVERYBODY. Everybody wishes they had Adrian Peterson. And if they don't right now, after a couple seasons, they will. By the end of his career, he will be compared with names like Barry, Emmitt and Sweetness.

your team couldn't give away cedric benson to anyone. at least adrian peterson has potential to be something than a constantly-hurt whiner who couldn't run through a paper bag.

my team has westbrook and he's just a good player with a crappy head office who considers kevin curtis to be a #1 wr.

sigh.

Watch him go to the Patriots as soon as he becomes a free agent. With Moss, Welker, Stallworth and Watson as receivers, Peterson would nicely balance out the offense. Then they could rule the world.

If the Packers had him, they would win the Super Bowl for sure. I laughed as those know- nothings were passing him up in the draft. I kept telling people that this was the best draft pick since Peyton Manning.

i wish my packers had him, but we just didn't have a shot at him in the draft. kinda stinks, he's a great rb. hopefully we can contain him at Lambeau next week. won't be an easy task.

I give credit to the Vikings O-Line and Coaching staff as well. I think things would be different for him behind other offensive lines.
I am not downplaying his ability. He just can't do it all himself.
