Would anybody know how or even where to go, with regards to learning about Radio Broadcasting or even presenting in Victoria, it would be very much appreciated!?!?!?

I would apply to a radio station, preferably the ABC as they have a number of cadetships in various areas, and try to obtain one of the cadetships in radio broadcasting. You would start with small assisting jobs and with training slowly be given more and more responsibilities until you are finally allowed to go on air.

I did a broadcast journalism course at WAAPA in Western Australia.
Have a look around for communications degrees or specialty institutions that offer radio training. Unfortunately nowadays they often require you to have some kind of tertiary education.
Ring the stations you like best and ask if you can go in and watch how the show is run for a couple of days. Have a nicely prepared resume ready to send when you call.
The other option is to head to the country and do some extended work experience - if you show passion for it often a job will come up.
