Well I actually say both web and Internet. I guess it is just an opinion, it really depends on where you come from and the people around you. Saying Web or Internet is used as the same thing and has the same meaning but they are both correct. I hope I could help answer your question.

Internet and Web are the same, but most of the time I use to say INTERNET.

Well, there's a difference. The web is the part of the internet you access through Internet Explorer, Firefox and other browsers. The internet is the network itself. So you can be on the internet and not on the web (for example, when you're using IM or stand-alone email).
In other words, I say "internet" unless I'm using a browser. :-)

It depends, if your talking about surfing or browsing sites ... you can say WEB, for world wide web (where we got the www from), if however you're referring in general to "that" vast array of inter-connected computing machines then you can say INTERNET.
