10 days is when you can take a test but your doctor when you go to them may have something else for you. Exercises is healthy just don't go so hard as you normally would take it easy may be swim instead of weights or up your walk to longer and cut out the cross trainer...just think light and easy. talk to your doctor about it, as they will know you better. Eat healthily, alcohol until the second trimester (although today I think they say no alcohol anymore spoiling our fun a glass of wine won't hurt you.)
So take the test if positive go to your doctor for blood test, and referral to OBG. Ask your friends who they went to for a good OBG (Also make sure your health fund uses them) And then go from there.
Tell your doctor your suspicions before she or he examins you

you can exercise, no problem, keeping up a exercise routine is great during pregnancy as long as you don't push yourself beyond your normal limits. During your exam your doc might be able to tell if you are pregnant by changes to your cervix and yes you can always ask the nurse to run a pregnancy test. This should be done first. Let the nurse know right away you might be preggers as the doc will need to be more careful if you are. good luck

Actually, your cervix starts to change while pregnant, so when having your yearly exam this week she may be able to tell by any visible changes she will see when performing the exam. If anything you can modify your current exercising routine if you are pregnant, you don't have to quit exercising if you are, just modify it some. Ask your doctor once you find out for sure if you're pregnant or not.
Good luck

We share something in common...my birthday is October 27th. October scorpios rock.
Actually excersize is a good thing to do while pregnant, especially walking. Lifting, running, and some other activities although not advised are generally frowned upon by most OB/Gyn's.
If you are pregnant, congradulations.

Running/walking (mainly walking) is the BEST possible exercise you can do while being pregnant, pretty much the rule of thumb of exercising and being pregnant is that if what you were doing before you can do it now as long as your doctor consents. Epically this early it wont harm anything. I wish you the best!

Even if you are pregnant, it doesn't mean you can't work out.
