Yes, and it drives me nuts. I'll walk in here and it will feel like a friggin' sauna...but to be fair, there is no middle ground with our thermostat...it's either too damned cold or too damned hot.

Pick a temperature within the center like at sixty nine/70 levels after which keep it up all day and all night time lengthy. At first it's going to be uncomfortable for either one of you however finally you can each get used to the temperature and may not even detect anymore. Just like how an surprisingly slight day turns out hot whilst it is the useless of iciness. You get used to it being so bloodless so on in the future whilst it isn't freezing external, you think hot and will even put on a t-blouse while, if it was once that temperature in the summertime, you would be freezing! Until you each regulate to the temperature, get dressed as a result and use correct bedding. If she's bloodless, she will layer up. When you are too scorching, strip! You can use a skinny blanket or perhaps a sheet rather of a blanket if you are too scorching and he or she would pile at the blankets and even use an electrical blanket whilst she's too bloodless. Adjusting the temperature backward and forward would paintings nevertheless it could be less difficult and a extra everlasting method to permit your our bodies get used to a exact temperature via leaving it on that surroundings at all times.

Yes. Even in the winter you still need some air circulating in the building. Otherwise the germs and bacteria will just keep multiplying. Besides, if someone is cold, they can put on a jacket. If someone is hot, they can't take their clothes off.

Not at the office or anything but in my apartment, I like it cold and my roommate likes it hot. She can put on a sweater more easily than I can cool down, because I'd pretty much have to take off all my clothes. I hate my roommate...
